Website Features

ImageLiving Life to The Full is packed with features to help you manage your access to this Life Skills Course. The following summary will help you understand how the course is presented.

Public Access:

"My Living Life": This area is your home page and is shown after you login and after you have completed the first set of mood questions.

The "My Living Life" area allows you to follow your progress through the course and access all areas of the website such as the Forum.

Within the "My Living Life" area you can view "Modules you have started", "Modules you have completed" and also future modules under the "We recommend you now try the following module(s)" section. The "My Living Life" area also records where you got to in a particular module. This means if you want to stop and continue a module at a later date, then you don't have to start from the beginning again.

There is also a "Featured Modules" area too, where the Living Life team showcase some of the newer modules.

Module Feedback: Most modules contain evaluation questions near the start and the end of each session. This is to help us improve the modules and also to provide feedback on how each module may have helped you.

Tools to Monitor your Mood: A mood score is taken as soon as you register and you also have the option to do the "Patient Health Questionnaire Test". You can re-take the tests as often as you wish. Your "My Living Life" area will provide a record of your last mood scores and when you last took the tests. You can also print out graphs showing your test history.

Invite a Support Practitioner: This allows an agreed link with your practitioner to follow your progress on the website. They are then able to view your progress in the course modules, follow your mood scales and contact you if required. To activate this, your practitioner must also be registered with Living Life to The Full and have provided you with their email address, so you can make an association. Patient and Practitioner Associations can be cancelled by either party and any time.

Practitioner Access:

Practitioners also have access to a "My Living Life" page. This page provides links to all modules under "Review the Living Life Modules", the forum, live chats and practitioner only modules. The practitioner area does not require the taking of the HAD and PHQ tests. Practitioners can complete the modules and feedback forms in the same way as patients, but progress of the modules is not tracked.

Patient and Practitioner Associations: The "Patients Registered" area shows details of those patients who have chosen to be associated with a practitioner. The "Association Requests Pending" area shows details of any patients who have requested an association, the practitioner may accept or decline these associations. It is also possible for practitioners to request an association with a patient. The "Your Patient Associations" area shows any requests that are pending. Patient and Practitioner Associations can be cancelled by either party and any time.

If a practitioner has an agreed association with a user they will also be able to see which modules have been started and completed and see the persons mood rating scales as well as the persons name, age and other demographic details. Please note: this data is only made available to the practitioner if both people involved agree the link.

Example HAD and PHQ Test Data: Practitioners will be able to see the persons mood rating scales and a history of the dates taken and scores given. The "Hospital Anxiety and Depression (HAD) Test" and "Patient Health Questionnaire Test" are commonly used scales for assessing symptoms of anxiety and depression.
